Director of Channel Sales

Director of Channel Sales

We are seeking a Director of Channel Sales to manage and grow our already established Agency and Reseller ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an energetic, highly motivated master of the Channel with a rolodex of Agencies and Resellers. More than anything we are looking for seasoned professionals who enjoy winning, are fiercely competitive and have a passion for Digital Marketing.

The successful candidates will be responsible for selling Tealium's Enterprise Tag Management through the Channel, as well as providing agencies and reselleters with the training and tools needed to manage the entire process.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow business by selling to and through major Digital Marketing Agencies and Resellers throughout North America, South America, Australia and SE Asia
  • Effectively and aggressively manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle based on value-based selling
  • Establish a qualified pipeline of business and maintain an accurate forecast
  • Close Business! Achieve and consistently surpass stated bookings goals
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports

Qualifications

  • Experience in presenting and gathering requirements at the C and VP level
  • 7(+) Years experience selling Digital Marketing platforms
  • Expansive contacts throughout the Digital Marketing Ecosystem
  • A proven track record of closing complex transactions and overachieving annual sales goals
  • Well versed in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Experience with rapidly growing environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Software Engineer

Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced software engineering for our development team. Specifically, this position will be working on new products in the area of tag management using cloud computing. The ideal candidate should have experience in cloud computing

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will help design, develop and deliver cloud managed product(s) for enabling holistic, scalable infrastructure in a highly virtualized service offerings. The right candidate must demonstrate professional software development skills as below.

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong Object Oriented design, modeling and programming
  • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery highly desirable
  • Knowledge of web site scaling techniques like load balancing, caching, clustering

Sales Director

Sales Director

Tealium is seeking experienced Sales Executives covering various North American territories. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual with strong work ethic. The position requires strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation and closing skills. Digital Marketing and SAAS experience is a must with a track records of exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect in mid to large enterprises with focus on generating new business
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quota
  • Maintain pipeline of 4x quota
  • Deliver online presentations and demonstrations, travel to accounts as needed
  • Maintain a strong level of proficiency in all products, including the target buyer, product positioning, major benefits and features, as well as the skills to communicate those benefits to customers
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all prospective customers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in one of the following areas: web analytics, online advertising, digital marketing SAAS or interactive agency services
  • BS/BA required
  • Proven success penetrating new markets and closing new business
  • Technically adept, self-motivated and driven by results
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives on an ongoing yearly basis
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
